Devlog 2 - the Doubt update

Hi all! 

This is the second to last major "early access" update to Space Legs! This update has some pretty significant effects to Conditions and playbook moves. 

The next major update will be whenever I finish the setting guide,  and then I'm going to be working on layout and copy editing for the 1.0 launch! 

Minor updates may be added in between for slight move updates, but we're so very nearly done.
